
Sales Support Executive
We are looking for a Sales Support Executive to provide administrative and coordination support for the sales and marketing activities of a new direct-to-consumer (DTC) supplement brand. This role focuses on execution, documentation, coordination, and reporting to ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.
Provide administrative support to sales and marketing initiatives, including preparation of documents, reports, and presentation materials
Assist in coordinating sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches across online channels
Maintain and update sales records, trackers, and databases
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to follow up on sales-related tasks and deliverables
Support publication and content execution such as product listings, advertorial submissions, and platform updates
Compile sales data, campaign results, and performance reports for management review
Handle enquiries related to sales operations and direct them to the appropriate parties
Monitor timelines and ensure sales-related activities are executed according to schedule
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and basic sales documentation
Perform other ad-hoc sales and administrative tasks as assigned
Diploma / Degree in Business, Administration, Marketing, or related fields
1–3 years of experience in sales support, administrative, or coordination roles
Strong organisational and documentation skills
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and data tracking
Detail-oriented, systematic, and able to follow processes
Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Experience supporting sales or e-commerce operations is an advantage
