\u2022 Build the membership system, points system, and marketplace system.

3. Platform Operations<\/p>\n

\u2022 Establish recommendation and content distribution strategies.
\u2022 Improve watch time, retention rate, and user activity.
\u2022 Set up platform operation standards and processes.<\/p>\n

4. User Growth Across All Channels<\/p>\n

\u2022 Establish referral, invitation, and membership growth mechanisms.
