(ToYm), we are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns that strengthen brand visibility, generate customer engagement, and support business growth. You will play a key role in managing multi-platform marketing initiatives while translating marketing objectives into measurable digital performance.
This role goes beyond campaign execution — focusing on building scalable digital ecosystems through content marketing, paid advertising, analytics, SEO, audience targeting, and AI-powered marketing strategies across evolving digital channels.
Job Description
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, websites, email, and other digital channels.
- Manage and monitor paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Support content marketing initiatives by coordinating campaign promotions and audience growth strategies. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance, website traffic, audience behaviour, and conversion metrics.
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and digital market research to support marketing strategies.
- Assist in managing SEO, website visibility, and online brand presence.
- Utilize AI tools to support content generation, campaign optimization, audience targeting, reporting, and marketing automation.
- Work closely with Creative, Content, Sales, and Production teams to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with business objectives.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, AI technologies, and industry best practices.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or related roles.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, and other digital marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, and online customer acquisition.
- Familiarity with AI tools for digital marketing, content creation, campaign optimization, marketing automation, and analytics.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project coordination skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Able to multitask and provide support for any tasks or projects assigned by the company as needed.
