Role Overview
As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for setting and executing ToYm’s overall marketing direction. You will lead integrated marketing strategies that support business growth across advertising services, branded content, MCN, live commerce, and digital platforms. This role requires strong strategic thinking, leadership, and hands-on execution capability to align brand positioning, campaigns, and revenue objectives.
Job Description
- Define and lead ToYm’s overall marketing strategy and brand positioning.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Drive demand generation to support sales, business development, and advertising revenue.
- Oversee digital marketing, performance marketing, content, social media, and PR efforts.
- Lead and manage the marketing team, setting clear direction and priorities.
- Work closely with Sales, Business Development, Creative, and Production teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial objectives.
- Manage marketing budgets, resources, and campaign effectiveness.
- Oversee brand consistency across all platforms, materials, and communications.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to refine strategies.
- Represent the marketing function in management discussions and strategic planning.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing, preferably within advertising, media, or digital industries.
- Proven experience leading integrated marketing strategies and teams.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, branding, and content strategy.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution capability in fast-paced environments.
- Experience working closely with sales and business development teams.
- Able to multitask and provide support for any tasks or projects assigned by the company as needed.
